[Recipe] Joseph and Zainab's Cassava Leaves
Cassava leaves, dry fish, meat steak, pepper, onion, ogirie, palm oil, boil bean, maggi cube, salt
Put some water in the pot, add the meat and ogirie to boil. Add the boil beans. Allow it to boil until the meat get soft. After that, add the palm oil and the cassava leaves. Allow it to boil until it is properly cooked. Pound the pepper and the onion. Pick the dry fish from the bone. Add the fish and the pepper together and allow it to boil again.
Taste and see if the salt is OK. If not, add a little bit and add the maggi cube. Allow it to boil for just five minutes and you dish.
